Simple sugestions to make the game more balanced

I just read Cathexis sugestions for balancing the Swordsman classes, I agree with some of them, but I don’t think IMC would make so many changes (they should but…), so I came up with simpler changes that might make the game more balanced.
One of the biggest issues the melee have as DPS is the proximity problem, swordsman and cleric could have an innate 20~30% resistance to physical damage as they are mostly melee.
To counter CC, spirit would lessen the chance of negative stats and con would lessen its duration, so tanks won’t get locked till death.
Raise the damage of melee weapons slightly, 2 handers a bit more.
On swordsman, swap out swash bucking with pain barrier, so all swordsman can be more usefull as a tank in a party (early on), but only a dedicated tank can do it on late levels.
Class bonus could be different depending on the class you choose. Example: right now you go peltasta you get a 10% str and 10% int, it could just give 15% Con, a Shinobi could get 5% str and 10% dex and so on.
Make all skills from all classes scale with atributes, NOT fixed numbers, your game has 600 levels for ■■■■’s sake, imagine just how many skills (and whole builds) will become useless after new content is released.
