Simple anti-bot solution :)

Observation 1: Bots stay for a long period of time in their farming spot killing mobs
Observation 2: They later sell the drops in NPC’s.
Observation 3: Any change regarding the price of the items they get botting, will affect everyone else and so, the problem will stay the same because they will keep farming more than others.
Observation 4: If they get disabled during the botting session, they will stop.

Solution: Make it so that hitting a mob with your weapon, makes it lose durability, so they have to go and repair. If you notice there are bots capable of repairing, set up some simple trap for them. I’m sure you can think of several traps. Yes, it’s a pain in the ass, but its far less serious than the economy problems that come with botting.

Final Observation: Make sure that when you lose durability, you lose 100% of the weapon’s effects. When my bow reaches 0% durability, i can still hit and cast skills just like if i had it 100%, except less damage.

Or you could just randomize the spawns and put in something like a reaper mob that targets players in the area (specifically the bots as they wont run) and leaves after a couple of minutes.

Yeah I like that idea
Something like those huge mobs in the 5F of mausoleum area that are really hard to kill and take alot of skill usage and boosted normal attacks just to dish some damage outta them. They hurt quite neatly too :open_mouth:

Those need to be placed in heavy botting areas and should always aggro anyone regardless of level

If the spawns are not going to be randomized, might as well have these things spawn on heavy spawn zones every 10 minutes so that those botters won’t be able to sleep/afk farming and hogging everything up .___.

Bot then opens up repair interface
Repairs and closes interface

What was your point again?

My point is having an anti-bot repair interface is easier than leveling from 70 to 80 and takes less time.
