Simony - scroll question

hi guys,

i’ve looked but apprently not well enough, my question is
if you use a scroll (example Diano) and it goes into cooldown
could you stil use barrier befor the cooldown ends on the Diano scroll?

with the recent patches and changes i’d like to confirm if this information
is up to date:

lvl 15 skill + lvl 1 simony = lvl 1 scroll
lvl 1 skill + lvl 15 simony = lvl 1 scroll
lvl 15 skill + lvl 15 simony = lvl 15 scroll

The following abilities can be scrolled:
Cleric: Cure, Deprotection Zone
Krivis: Aukuras, Daino, Zalciai
Priest: Monstrance
Paladin: Restoration, Turn Undead, Barrier
Oracle: Arcane Energy, Clairvoyance, Forecast

Simony scrolls are not effected by your attributes, monster gem.
Simony scrolls are effected by your stats.

Any other usefull information is welcome ^^

each scroll has a separate cooldown, which is based on whatever the skill is.

The spell list is correct as far as I know. Skill scrolls are effected by whatever the user’s attributes/stats/gems are, however you probably wont be using a skill scroll if know the skill in the case of attributes/gems.

is more like
lvl 15 skill + lvl 1 simony = lvl 1 scroll
lvl 1 skill + lvl 15 simony = lvl 1 scroll
lvl 15 skill + lvl 15 simony = lvl 1-15 scroll
