Silver Missing 10/10/2018

I already sent in a ticket days ago and got an standard awnser, but my problem isn’t solved.
My team name is Wheelman, im from Silute and i had 132M in my team storage, afther the emergency maintenance it went from 132M to 27M (104M missing).
This money i gained by selling 14 tokens that i bought with my real money and sold for a fair price.
I already checked the retrieve tab of all my characters, and all i got is:
*44M from 4 tokens
*18 Blessed gems (don’t know where it came from)

• 3000 Nucle powder
  Still missing alot of money.
  
  
  
  What should i do? when even the tickets don’t work, when even the support don’t solve my problem?

Hey there Lucas! We’ve looked into your case and found that you are missing the silver because we’ve rolled back the transaction recently made on the market. The silver you had lost were returned to you in the form of tokens, blessed gems and nucle powder. Hope this answers your query and if you have any further questions please let me know!

Yes, when we checked our systems Lucas had listed 4 tokens on the market and, along with the tokens, all other items listed and sold on the market during the silver abuse issue had been returned to him as the items listed above.

I never put anything on market and found myself with this uneasy feeling this are missing from my inventory… things hard to miss with they are gone…

Well, if you haven’t put anything up on the market you won’t be affected by all this But if you have a strong suspicion as to whether you are actually missing some items or not inquire with us through the tickets. Checking up on the whereabouts of one or two items won’t be that hard to do and we often received tickets from users asking where their items went prior to the silver abuse issue.

Hello Bob, as you can see in the image i’ve lost 104m, so lets do the math.
4 tokens retrivied = 43,2M
19 Blessed Gem= 19 x 1.6m = 30,4M ( i didn’t listed this, but recivied and don’t know why)
3.000 nucle powder = 3k x 1k = 3M
Total: 76,6M
Thats far from 104m.
I’ve listed 3-4 tokens per character. Not total
Alduin
Flenick
Irvine
Gryffin

I think you can see my tp purchases historic or if you want ican send you my paypal/steam purchases historic.

I never said that i want 14 tokens back, i just want the missing money, i just want exactly what i had in my storage.
And what you want me to do with these 19 B Gems? those things are not mine.
You want me to sell those Gems that was not mine it in the market ?

No no, i just want what is missing, and what im trying to do is show to IMC that i got that money by selling my tokens , not by overpriced transactions, or illegal ways.

Your steam purchase records are irrelevant to the item return process.
The whole process was based on the logs of market transactions.
I’ll provie you with a total list of items returned to you during the process either in silver or as actual items:

Hi Bob, thanks for the awnser, its true that i got these items, but that won’t cover my loss…

And as i said, the gems are not mine, i really don’t remember selling Blessed Gems.
Im afraid to sell this gems that i think its not mine and be punished.
And, if you say that this is everything that left from my 104m, and the money lost has no connection with the 14 tokens that i sold, what can i do?

I will sell everything and pray to lose as little as possible.

Don’t worry about selling the gems. Those gems were listed a couple of months back and were bought by the user involved in the silver abuse case. That’s why they were returned and that’s probably the reason why you don’t remember them. And with regards to the 14 tokens you are inquiring about, I would not be able to tell you right now since the logs I was looking at to resolve the issue for you was the list of people who’s had items purchased off the market by the silver abusers and that list, for you, it only listed 4 tokens.

As for the loss of silver, the total amount you’ve earned in the market by having sold the items I’ve listed above amounts to approx 103M which is pretty much close to the amount of silver you claimed to have lost. So if you have all the items that I’ve mentioned above in your possession there should be no problem.

Did you guys restore silver amounts for everyone back to a couple months ago? Cause that would certainly explain why some people have way more, or way less, than they should. This issue of course happened primarily over the course of a single day. If your data management team thought rolling back silver several months for those impacted was the right call, they have some serious explaining to do.
