hello guys i just find out a “fix” you can play the game! all you have to do is try all channel (in character selection switch channel) for example now im login with my priest channel 1 catacombs but i cant switch to any other channel, same with my pyromancer can login in channel 4 but i cant play in 1, 2, 3 ! hope this help you guys !
my chars can play in channel 6, but when i hit klaipeda, GG char.
I noticed that too.
I’m gonna record that and send to them as a ticket.

At this point, don’t even bother with tickets. All they’ll say is “We are aware of the situation and in the process of fixing it”.
Best you can do is download Pingzapper, it completly fixed it for me.
but the problem is they ban people if they use WTFast or anything like that
Well, I sent a ticket(the third one) saying I’d just use Pingzapper because they couldn’t fix the issue within 2 days even tho they may or may not allow it.
In their response, they didn’t say anything about the use of the software, nor warned me not to use it.
And then, it comes down to whatever is not stated as ilegal is, therefore, legal. So I’ll just stick with that and keep playing the game with that software untill they officially announce that the issue is fixed.
