Silute Server is horrible!

Bug Description :
Already a few days ago that the server silute is horrible, wanted to complain to you because I have lost six dungeons, each with a different character, lost the rewards, lost everything.
I enter the dungeon, and after a few minutes the game simply stops working, everything is stopped, the internet keeps running but the game simply stops, and after a few seconds I get the message that I was disconnected from the server.
I’m new to the game, but I’ve lost almost every desire to play, because the server is horrible, and in other games none of this happens.
Today 13/05, I was disconnected in six dungeons, every three with a different character.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Enter a dungeon
  2. Wait a few minutes
  3. Receive a message saying that you have been disconnected
  4. Lost all dungeon rewards

I know this problem very well… the lag spike and the ping is really high right now. Cannot connect to any instance dungeon or anything. We need a maintenance to solve those problems. @GM_Francis @GM_Sebastian @STAFF_Ines @STAFF_Yuri @STAFF_Amy @STAFF_Letitia

indeed, the lag is real, insanely high ping, please check silute server asap

If you know how, check what DNS you are using, a friend had lots of problems, chaging dns helped

Again, another day, and another dungeon that ive lost every single reward, again this ■■■■■■■ message, disconected from the server, where are the GMs?
where are my EXP?
ive spent 2 instanced dungeon multiply token, just to receive a message "disconeted from the server.

Isso eh um problema antigo. Cada player do silute deveriam criar um topico mostrando sua insatisfaçao… nao adianta ser 1, 2 ou 3 posts com algumas respostas. tem q ser 50 posts sobre isso pra so ter reclamaçao de lag.
