Silute [SA] Orsha channels are full or closed, character stuck in lodge

Bug Description : Orsha in Silute(SA) delivering a quest as my character got disconnected back to my lodge. Now I can’t use her since there are only 2 channels active (1 and 12) , both full, all others are “closed”.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Connect
  2. Get disconnected back to lodge
  3. Try to connect to any open channel
  4. “This channel is full”.
  • Country, Region : Brazil

Update: Now channel 1 is also gone, there is just 12 which is full.
Update 2 (21:30): Now ALL CHANNELS are gone (closed), thanks @fabsbarbosa

Klaipeda has 4 closed channels and 6 fulls as well.

This keeps on and on, on and on, every single day.

It’s as if channels are being closed on specific time (to avoid cloud-server resource wasting) but with incorrect GMT values.

So, for instance, it should close a few channels from 0AM to 5AM on local GMT. Local GMT for Brazil is -3 (altough we have more), but standard is -3.

Considering that channels are being closed from 6PM (GMT-3), it’s as if the GMT settings for the server script is set to GMT-9.

That would explain so many channel closing issues right when everyone from Brazil is trying to connect.

As of now (5/15/2016, 8:03PM GMT-3) Orsha as ONLY 3 channels open.
