The server transfers are to help the SA accounts that already have characters in the original Klaipeda and Orsha servers

As long as you didn’t redeemed the founders pack in the other servers, then yes you will be able to use it in the SA server.
If you did redeemed the founders pack in the others servers then send a ticket to transfer your account to the SA server.
