Class and Rank Swordsman

So I have a sw3>pelt about to go rank 5. I’m getting corsair simply because it’s a PvP build. Now, I’m not going catagoon (ofc) and it seems every path i take at rank 6 onwards will be suboptimal. I don’t want to start a new char and this one is an alt which I’m having fun right now. If you had this char and were to keep playing it, what class would you choose? :slight_smile:

P.S.: I’m posting this out of curiosity. I just want to hear what you guys would choose. If you want to care to explain, no problem at all.

first thing, sword3>pelt is like a dead end lol, but u can go cata 3 and be a pvp guy with pelt to level up easier
or u can go pelt 3 > something or rodelero 3
or u can do the ultimate save and go squire just to open shop and u can make other char and us the shop for free and make mony offline

i think pelt>rode3 is a good choice.
yeah, its not easy to reroll =/

I didn’t want to post what I had in mind just so this wouldn’t become a “is this a good build?” kind of thread. I’m waiting for concrete news on rank 8 classes but the original idea was sw3>pelt>sair>doppel2. HL and Barb would be the most common choice but I like manual blocking (specially when you hook people and can’t jump away), Cartar Stroke and Helm Chopper are hard to land in PvP and Cleave isn’t a big deal in PvP either as people will move around a lot but I can see it’d increase my cyclone damage if I landed a hook at melee range.

I just started this topic because I could get some suggestion that didn’t cross my mind. I’m rolling a catagoon right now as I’m just tired of landing hooks and team mates not doing a thing and I like cata “mindlessly”-running-among-enemies style.

Sw3 Pelt Cata3 Lancer gonna be good I think if Lancer has 1h spear attribute. IF.

Or any possible variations going Murmillo.
