Shout, Party, Guild and Whisper chat not working

Bug Description :
only the /S chat is working, every other is down, my friend list gone too and i can’t see the ppl of my guild

try verifying local game cache on steam is the first step when something goes wrong…

Error 21 while using chat command means you have unstable connection. It’s the same error as error 26 while consulting the guild screen.
