I’m from SA server.
I’m experiencing some bugs with these features.
I can’t see other people shouts and I can’t use it either.
Social functions like friend requests not appearing on the UI and block function not blocking.
This began after I suddenly got disconnected from the server (My internet was working because I was watching a stream).
I noticed that these functions also stop working when I finish a dungeon. To get it to work again, I had to log off and log back in to see/use shouts. But since today shout and social functions stopped working for good. I tried rebooting my router (I have dynamic IP) and log off from steam, none worked.
I had this same problem when SA was still on São Paulo.
Anyone else has had this problem on SA or other servers?
