Should the daily Dungeon limit be lifted?

Just a suggestion. Open to other thoughts and opinions. It would make every other dungeon viable in my opinion. More people queueing.

In other words, limitless dungeon runs would be an alternative way of catchingf up alts to your mains status. Even with circle resets not being a thing. I think lifting the daily dungeon cap would do some good.

What do you guys think?

Give us 5 daily runs w token, 4 w/o token like I read Korea has.

Unlimited, I am not for; just an increase.

No. Dungeons gives the best exp. Map exploration, questing, and rarity of items on cubes will be nil.

I feel maybe higher level dungeons that are known to give 'terrible exp" should be taken off the list. Or missions after lv220.

Missions after level 220 give terrible experience. Its less then 10 percent. After doing 3 Runs. I would think taking the limit off missions above lv220 would be beneficial.

I dont have the specific dungeons in mind. But I think it was 2 different dungeons while leveling to templar. And I found that these 2 dungeons? Gave terrible exp in which they just were not worth doing.

I think for some of the better dungeons not much change is needed. I think maybe raising the restricting to 5 with token be best. But anything further isnt necessary.

If it was unlimited, all people would do is run dungeons non-stop all day even if they didn’t get any loot from it. It would make the game experience more stale, since most players would refuse to grind anywhere other than the same dungeon within their level range simply because it’s faster.

What they should do though, is make it so that the limit applies individually to each dungeon so people can run lower-level dungeons without sacrificing their higher ones if they choose so.

I agree. This should be the case in the first place but they unnecessarily changed it.

If you also think about it, limiting dungeon runs globally is anti-social. When you want to help your low level friends but can’t because you already reached the daily limit since you ran a higher level dungeon for exp or for better loot.

Something similar to other games where you can only enter an instanced dungeon x number of times within a 1 hour period, would be a good idea imo.

Such as something like- you can only run 3 dungeons within an hour and then you’re locked out until an hour has passed since you finished the first dungeon. Can enter another dungeon again an hour after you finished the second dungeon, an hour after you finished the third dungeon, and it just continues to cycle.

I think I lack the ability to properly explain what I mean but hopefully my explanation made sense to most, lol.

The cap makes me sad.

I sorta wish I could go on a 10 hour binge of just partying with people without eventually hitting a daily limit. I’m not concerned with the bonuses or how much exp a dungeon gives, I just like hanging out with people and doing things together and some days I just have a lot of free time to throw away in the game.

I wish I could like PVP but I can’t. I tried PVP in every MMO I’ve played like, GW2, WoW, Aeon, Lineage 2 and hated it every time.

This, I don’t understand why Itos is different about that restriction from Ktos.

just fyi, this is not true and is highly dependent on dungeon and level.

At 200+, you get much more exp/hr from field maps.

However, dungeons are really fun to do so I’m quite furious about the limit on dungeon runs.

Or you could just boss rush 100x per day on a single character with no daily dungeon restriction…

You know the rising trend in “dailies” and “daily limits” in MMOs is to make people log in every day to keep them playing, right? Because it makes people feel like they HAVE to log in or else they’re losing out.

If there is no restriction on dungeon runs, then I would vote in favor of drop rates being reduced or dungeon drops being untradable. Some of them are already untradable anyway.
