I’ve just finished crafting it and oh boy, hunting upent for fossilized lizard amber is no easy task! Anyway, now I see why it’s arguably the best rapier in the game. Anyway, my question is; Is it worth it to enhance/upgrade this? Or should I leave it as it is?
maybe after you gain 30% attribute of composee (around 600k)

You can use those 14d Silver Anvils you get from events.

If you can afford it. Like @BlackCat says, you’ll get more mileage out of Composee and possibly some other skill attributes as well, but it’s not like Venier isn’t worth upgrading just because most of its damage is elemental attack, if that’s what you’re wondering - you’ll get the same attack increase as you would from any other weapon.
Also, “arguably” the best rapier in the game? Unless we’re counting Lolopanther gear, it’s head and shoulders above of all the rest thanks to +2 Fencer skill levels, even ignoring the great damage.
