Should I take Freezing Sphere or should I just max Hail out?
How about do both thing?
I have the same questionf i plan to be a pve build and am wonderinf either metor or freezing sphere i see different builds
As a 4:1 INT:CON, I maxed out meteor and the skill is OP as hell!
Yeah i think i will drop sphere if future buffs or nerfs happen thank god for skill reset 
I’d only take Sphere if I was going Wiz3-Ele3-RC.
And I am doing that.
I’m going Wiz3-Ele3-Wl
1 Freezing Sphere only. As you reach Ele 3, your skill rotation is enough to make auto attak redundant. Magic Missiles will be your filler skill
