Half a mind to file suit against Steam for the whole billing nonsense with the founders packs…
This is not a troll post either. I am seriously wondering if I should go down tomorrow after I’m out of court.

Wow epic meme bro. Where did you buy that? The meme shop?
Would have been epic if it said MASTER baiter.
Just saying
If you read the disclaimer of Steam you will have your answer; there has been multiple attempts at class action lawsuits against them. Just read their legal disclaimer and what you clicked yes to.
Google it. It’s where he’s getting his dank memes after all.
lel b4 i even clicked on the thread i was like “you probably dont even know how to sue steam”
lol i got another one
“go back to hiding under a little kids bed” - though of that in school today when an old lady told me to get off the computer
i am on a roll
Heh. Ok I reply like a serious attorney.
ToS and Disclaimers are not law.
Mistake of Fact alone would be one ground for in validation
Res Ipsa can also be argued
Negligence can be grounds for invalidation
Non conforming Goods
Marketable Warranty of goods sold, have to research more.
Any suit can be brought, ToS/ Disclaimers do not impede this but goid try Ser Advocate.
You would be wrong about not knowing how to sue steam btw. It is not Hard. Much easier than bringing a divorce action or petition for custody/ visitation.
Well, you will lose.
Even if the game is broken, you cant tell that this was B2P because all you already did with your character will continue, and since other thousand players already reached even the max rank, you have no excuse, and bugs are real common on recently released games.
Tibia for example, have more than 10 years and still have bugs, people cant just sue game companies for that, even more if the companie tells you that they are trying to correct the problem.
If you can’t play, you can ask for compensation like rewards, but if in the contract you signed that they can shut down the game to make maneitance, you dont even diserve the compensation, they do it for a matter of marketing.
You can sue the company if they block you as if you was a bot, or delete you with a unfair motive. That is a big case for sue, but for “problems on the begin of the game?” please haha, the judge will look at you, and make you lose ten times what you spended on the game or more.
I’m sorry, but you have time to play TOS as an attorney?
Amazed o
By all means then sue them. Go through the legislation; hell go through the hoops and fight the litigation. You better have the time and money to fight their attorneys.
Taking a hit for 60 dollars or a little more maybe better for you in the long run. If not, for justice I commend your efforts and wish you luck.
Everyone technically hates steam deep inside anyway.
yeah it was a joke
/20deadseas
theres a hidden joke in here
You should work on it.
