hello. I am still kinda new to the game…
currently I have a lvl 78 barbarian and class lvl 14 now.
I read from forum and several guides to see how I should progress.
I didnt realize it was so important to read guides until i found out that
apparently nobody would want a swordsman without C1 peltasta because of the taunt skill and dps swordsman is not useful late game.
I was planning to buy a skill reset potion but i realize its impossible to reset class in this game as well which means i can never get that must-have taunt skill from peltasta. Luckily i found out about this information when im lvl 78.
I want to know how do you guys deal with this problem?
What happens if a player makes a mistake in the build path? Do we have to start over again? apparently shinobi is only class that has got no problem. while swordsman late game cannot tank nor deal enough dmg.
Is it true that only several build paths are viable in the game?
Most go Peltasta in Rank 5 cause you usually don’t need it before that (except if you have braindead groups in missions…happens a lot though)
So if your build can take a hit in one of the circles get Pelt if not don’t get it and be happy anyways. You will usually be a good part of the damage until you hit 200 granted that you know what you are doing.
Some people just play for fun and you should decide if Pelt is something you want or not.
All build paths work. Just for different things and to different degrees. (there are even Hunter 3 and Falcon 2s running around…) If you want to be in the hardcore PvE groups you’ll need a guild or Pelt. General farming or bossing can also be done with Swordsman DPS (I actually saw people searching for one the other day O.o)
Barb Fencer is something people like to see and pick for map farming as far as I know.
You should start over again. This time, start with more caution. The blind builds will not work. If you are new to the game, the good builds and some guides will give you better experience. After that, try your fancy builds with your own risks, if you want.
If you chose a class that you want, before take a class that you also wanted, just wait until you reach class lv 15 AGAIN and then chose it.
But if you chose a class that you dont want anytime soon, you need to start all over again. Yes, that is true. Gladilly you are at the LV 80.
No class is safe. There will be always bad choices. People make cataph for shinobi, then they think they did it wrong. The important is what you like it. Its wrong for others, not for you, if you undestand me.

Again: People like players with petalsta because they can use your skill: Swash Buckling to call all the monster to the same place and then, kill it more easilly.
So is that what you want? Be a Slave of someone?

So after LV 280 everybody is happy with their builds, and you took 1 build just for then
If you dont like it but take to help others to grind so you is useless right? haha.
That is your choice. But if you dont want this, man, you have serious problems ahead, because you will need to chose, work for others or take what you want.
Its true that some build work better with some classes, for example Hoplite and Dragoon, Cataphat and Dragoon, instead Cataphat and Doppel, because the skills use different weapons for example. But people take Doppel Dragoon. Are numerous possibilities.
Always do the style you like. That is what is important.
