Last week I sent a ticket regarding my account being bugged, IMC asked me to reply back to them by sending them gameplay footage of the issue and I replied back to IMC with a url to my video on youtube.
Today I checked youtube and I noticed the video I uploaded has 0 views, should I send another ticket to follow up on my issue?
Yes.
I say that based on my past experiences with the tickets. When I replied to the already opened ticket, they would never reply back or check (like you they asked for a video), but if I opened a new one they would check and reply pretty fast.
I’m wondering if when you reply to an old ticket it doesn’t show the new replies to them, so they don’t realize there’s one…
