Currently at Lvl 83 … Did not do all the side quest for explvl3 card
Should I go back and do them all from both cities and to collect all of the explvl 3 cards?
As long as you don’t have to go to maps above your level you don’t really have to do quests for XP cards, but some quests also give other rewards and are part of larger quest chains, so beware.

I’d always recommend doing so, yes. I’m going back to do quests on my main and I’ve gotten at least 3.5 levels out of it. Still not done either.
