Should healing/defensive skills have attribute increase like offensive skills?

Attribute for Healing/Defensive spells increase

Requesting healing defensive spells like Heal/Mass Heal/Aspersion to have attribute to increase I know some would say Int already increase Heal/Mass Heal well Warlock Dark Theurge and Cannon Cannons can almost if not OHKO ( ive seen lots of 30k hp ohko by this 2 skill ) Not to mention offensive skills can be upgrade till lv100 attribute Im a lv260 Cleric3 Priest3 PD with 80% con 35k hp I just tested roxona plate/cloth set with both plate/cloth mastery attribute max against a warlock R…
