Disallow player to open shop near NPCs. For dungeons entrance, Mission entrance, NPC shops, Quests NPC, etc etc. These interest point cannot be interrupt by these stupid players who block the road. Even, only visually blocking npc is not allowed by player shopper. Alot of them like to do that.
