I’m curious if this is recent, intended or ignored but it’s embarrassing to witness in-game either way and should be addressed… The stealth doesn’t trigger because the skill’s damage immediately removes /prevents it.

other than the stealth thing not working
If you want to stealth you have to not range hit an enemy with it 
They made the aoe delay itself outward instead of having the entire aoe happen at same time and then trigger the stealth. So as it is now it stealths you and then triggers the damage a millisecond after causing the stealth to not work at all.
I assume it’s a result of no one at IMC testing it before adding it to the game. If it’s been this way since Shinobi was added then I’m pretty disappointed in their quality.
I think it’s intended, in PvP you can cast this spell at the beggining of each match. Or… if you need a target then I really don’t know (I don’t really know Shino).
That’s weird. Did they change the stealth to get removed when you hit enemies?
Yeah… That was really nice for PVP
