Golden means that it works with 0 potential items.
Silver means no cost.
Neither. Nothing about them says they remove the powder cost.
Ichor kits are like anvils: a silver one can be used with no cost (silver/powder), a golden one can be used on 0 pot items, but with the regular cost.
a lot of smartasses right here who dont even know that shining golden anvil doesnt cost silver
