I colleced all 4 shadow essence for the shadowmancer unlock quest, didn’t had any problem at all. When I returned back to the shdowmancer master, she congratulated me and in the last line of dialogue, the game froze (probably servers) and I got disconected. when I returned back, the shadowmancer master was asking for the 4 essences again! and they disapeared from my inventory!
What am I suposed to do now? do the quest again? wait for a fix? I don’t know…

The server probably rolled back your char, you will have to do again I guess, but it’s up to you if you want to wait IMC do something.
Well… I decided to do the quest again, because whatever. But the shadowmancer master devices aren’t there, they gone! how am I supposed to do the advancement quest now?
Hmm, if you press F1 does it show unlocked?
If not, then you will really need to send them a ticket.
