Shadowmancer reset bug (Be careful dont reset it)

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
I have reset my Shadowmancer today to rebuild it, but now i cant get it again and i have to do the crazy long class Advancement to get it ( unlock it) which i will never do it again this time because it is extremely long and boring.
please solve this unexpected issue and let me select my shadowmancer

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Get the event reset voucher
  2. reset your shadowmancer
  3. you will never see it and suffer unlocking it again

If you skipped the Shadowmancer quest via the rank 9 event that let you temporarily skip the unlock quests, you will not be able to become a Shadowmancer again without doing the quest.

Once the Shadowmancer quest has been completed a single time on your character, you can become a Shadowmancer again any time you rank reset. You can verify this in your F1 character menu. It will say “Unlocked: Shadowmancer.” If this text is not present, the quest was never completed on that character.
