Shadowmancer Master attribute bug after Rank Resetting

Bug Description : My character wasn’t a shadowmancer before the last update (February 19-20), but I finished the quest days ago and today I used the Rank Reset and got the Shadowmancer class. However, I can’t buy attributes with the shadowmancer master. The game acts like there is not even an option for it and immediatly gives me the costume upgrade quest. I’ve met people having the same problem.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Use rank reset and get the shadowmancer class
2. Try to buy shadowmancer attributes

Could you try it again?
This issue has now been fixed and you will be able to buy attributes from the Shadowmancer Master as intended. Please restart your game to apply the fix.

Just tried again, but I still can’t buy the attributes.

I restarted the game but it didnt work. I moved to channel 1 (I was at channel 2) and it worked. I can buy the attributes there. I moved back to channel two and I can’t again. It only works in channel 1 I don’t know why.

how did u get the rank reset? I have a lnker and I thought linkers would receive a rank reset this update??
