It will be a spell in Oracle Class 3. That is what I road.

I support this feature entirely, even though I’d never use it. It’s purely cosmetic and could bring them some cash. I hope they add it in.
I don’t think that would be good, AFAIK you can’t transfer your costumes/hairstyles to different characters and they are gender exclusive, changing sex would just bug the hell out of those items, and probable the character itself.
Also, since you can pick the sex of the character on the character creation screen and it is NOT locked to the sex of the account, then I see no way you could get that wrong.
