Several random disconnects

Character Name: All my characters

Bug Description : Since last patch I have suffered with several random disconnects that happen throughout the day. Inside instances, saalus dungeon, earth tower, event dungeon, even in the city.

I have never had any problems with my connection on TOS before, never got a single disconnect until this last patch.

I searched my pc for viruses, none found. Video card is up-to-date. I removed all addons and lowered the graphics to the minimum possible. Nothing worked.

Outside TOS, my connection seems to be 100% perfect, couldn’t notice anything wrong.

Does anybody else have this issue too?

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Log in
  2. Get a random disconnect
  4. Repeat? -.-

I have same problem like you, I think they should change name to Tree Of Bug And Crash, nothing Savior at all.

I did the same, and even formated mi pc, but Im still getting random DC’s.

Are you guys using Vivo as Internet provider (ISP) ?
I had some strange issues with some games lately (KHUX) and it was exclusive to Vivo, after around a week the connection went back to normal, but I had to use a VPN to pass the login screen.
Now it’s only happening with ToS, so I’m still not sure if it’s another Vivo issue of ToS Issue at all e.e
(I see some people receiving DCs as well, but it doesn’t seem to be happening with everybody)

Yes, I use vivo …do you think the problem is with them?

Yeah, because I have the disconnects at the same time with my friends (who lives far away from me) and others who have NET or VELOX haven’t this issue.

Whole team dc in solmiki 2 times. Pls do something…

they fix the solmiki re-enter bug in this update? or still cannot re- enter solmiki if you disconnect on second run?

Mine is Vivo too, i can’t take anymore lose challenge box ;-; hope get fix at some point or else i can’t play

I reinstalled the game again just for the feelings and i can’t play because of the dc’s. So bad :frowning:
