Several problems with South America - Silute server

Hi, IMC.

I’m going crazy or Silute server is the only one who is presenting a several problems after the last maintenance like:

  • Continuous disconnects.
  • Dificulty to connect (lodge area).
  • Dificulty to start (after trying to connect holding ENTER key to “force” the connection).
  • UI mode changing on its own (is there a ghost or something like that inside the game?).
  • Dificulty to interact with several NPCs (ex. warp NPC statue in Orsha) while playing with mouse.
  • A tons of bots.

Is IMC abandoning the Silute server to push us to play on future Level Up Games server?

I’m taking Dc every 2 minutes, the game is unplayable.
I’ll try crafting some arrows , is canceling automatically and leading DC .

I bet the players who are posting news links that the staff are aware of the problems doesn’t play on the server.

It’s impossible to play today.

It’s fine

-DC every 5-10 minutes;
-Bots everywhere, ban list unexistents/GM’s never appeared like Klaipeda (Actually, we don’t even have a support in portuguese/spanish, so, how are we even supposed to report bad chat manners?)
-No sign of a physical server closer to SA;
-Even the “normal ping” is pretty much unbearable for some classes ping reliant

People using vpn reports that the problems are hardly noticed. So do not expect much.
