This is a hidden quest so its very frustrating finding info about it. Id like to know if anyone has been successful at getting the quest npc to spawn since the game launched, the only mention of this quest i can find on these forums is in the hidden quest thread, and the only discussion of it is from before the current game version went live.
Its frustrating to be trying to do this when i dont even know if its still in the game. There was a bug a while back that prevented people from getting page 4 of the torn diary, which some have speculated is needed to be read to activate the quest. A database site with current map spawnins does show an active spawn location for the npc on this map, but ive never seen him.
So im left wondering if the quest is even active, or if it is, if my lack of having page4 is preventing him from spawning.
So id like to know if anyone has managed to do this quest since itos went live?
