What shad0w said earlier works for first two but what he said for the last effect is definitely not evasion. It says evasion way above that line in this picture (and already translated). I’m not 100% sure but I’m going to assume that the last line actually means additional damage to monsters with earth/ground (whatever is your preference) typing.
