Hi guys, can someone with knowledge about Tiskline set effect (Velcoffer) can tell me if the damage boost apply to party members as well? Or only the caster of set effect? The wiki didnt make clear of this.
Only the caster. It marks, you deal more damage, and at the end this damage explodes in magical damage.
Btw i may have mistaken the prefix name.
oh, I though support with that set effect will be great for raid, but if only caster it is not worth it I think,

if you want a party support option on Velcoffer set, use the Velcoffer Sumazinti set, which applies a -25% defense debuff on the enemy for 10 seconds (-30% defense for 15 seconds with +3 Boruta Seal).
