Server transfers killed Klaipeda

Barely anything on the market. Hardly any red channels in any zones all day. No level 240+ dungeon parties, no Saalus mission parties. Very few grind parties for Evac or higher. Newbie zones empty. Only a half dozen of each vendor spread out around channels.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is a dead server. I’d imagine Orsha is fairly similar, but it goes to show that there really isn’t much of an NA audience for this game, since BR & SEA represented 95% of the population. I’d recommend merging Orsha and Klaipeda at this point, or closing them up and allowing transfers to one of the other populated servers, because Klaipeda is grade A dead.

A merge would be wiser rather than a transfer toward servers that aren’t located anymore in USA.

Edit : nevermind, I totaly orgot about the F2P date so yeah no worry your server will live again next week.

F2P launch is in a bit, they probably don’t want to merge and overload at the same time.

We’ll see how things pan out in six days ye. I’m not against a server merge though.

A merge isn’t always the answer either. I suggest the publisher wait before they decide that, a good 6 months to a year.

I don’t want to be discriminatory, but I’m not fond of BRs. I’ve already had a run in with a patient one willing to tell me why BRs can come off so unfriendly to people from the United States. I’d rather not repeat his tale here.

If the servers are from EU and West are on the same cluster, then this can cause problems for both sides if party matching is cross-server.

First I suggest the developers make a server cluster system in-game, so that the publisher can make servers into “Worlds” like Final Fantasy XIV does, so that servers can be matched according to region.

I still don’t think this game is ready to be released as such. The game itself has too much quality, yet so many outstanding bugs and optimization issues, including this server matching deal.

Enjoy the low population as much as you can and kill world bosses

Once F2P comes, your chances on that may soon flop so better take advantage of it :thumbsup:

Americans tend to be cheapskates so it’s very likely a majority of the NA population is awaiting the F2P launch at this point.

Time will tell but I foresee a bit of a jump (obviously) when the day comes, but whether any of those people stay for the long haul is up to IMC. They need to right their ship damn quick because it’s heading for a sink.

I for one, am glad. I am glad that the maps arent flooded with people and i can do quests without having to constantly change channels because people are running around farming everything. I am glad that i can run into people that speak my language and glad that i dont have to worry about trying to “bridge the language barrier”.

Brazil really needed their own server. Enjoy finding your blue and gold mobs while you can, soon when f2p hits you wont be able to.

For all the people that have high expectations for F2P users to populate the servers…I wouldn’t count on it THAT much lol. Think about it…the game was only 10$. How many people do you think there are that are jew enough to not spend 10$? It can’t be that many. Majority of them will probably be children who couldn’t afford the game lol. The people you see now (that bought the game) are probably the majority of the population that will play the game for a long period of time.

I personally love it, there needs to be no Merge or nothing as such. Not til at least a few months after F2P hits. People keeep forgetting about this. Do not fret though. Commander Load Fail huge lag, 100’s of Bots and Huehuehue’s are all on their way back.

tldr; Enjoy the f’ckin peace. The game is actually good now.
