Well I’m a latin america tester and I’d like to know if it will be possible to transfer my characters from the server I’m playing to the new latin america server.
The Latin America server will have an extended time of seven days even after this current closed beta is finished. So you will have more than enough time to do a restart.
Plus, it’d take too much time to single out every player who needs to transfer their characters anyway.

You shouldn’t expect that service at all in fact, once this ends, you should expect everything to be completely wiped so there’s no point of transferring you in the first place.
No point in transferring, it would probably overload the devs who should really be focusing on more pressing game issues (diev bug, for example). If you want to keep playing the same character, don’t change servers, though you could use this opportunity to try out a different class/build and contribute even more to the beta test.
