I have a simple question about the ticket status before the server transfer happens.
Is the ticket opened for the server transfer answered anytime BEFORE the transfer happens?
I am a really anxious person, I know.
But I just want to be sure I get transfered.
My ticket is open since tuesday, and it is still unanswered, so I just want to know if it has to be answered before IMC does the transfer, or after saying it is done successfuly.

My ticket still unanswered but it is already monday, I made sure I’d met all requirements and I didn’t event played to make sure nothing went wrong during the server transfer, I’m getting sad as I’m watching my token draining away while I wait for an answer to my ticket.
Having your ticket still unanswered up till your whole team actually gets transferred means you are safe
Be worried if it is marked as “Answered” because they wouldn’t be able to see you in the transfer list when that happens.
Always check it everyday
If it so happens that it was answered then submit it again (if it was answered when the transfer request deadline is over then leave it there and submit a bug report/ask forum staff for help should it happen to be that you were not transferred as scheduled)
