Server Transfer Issue ( Orsha to Silute )

i already made 4 tickets, no one is answered, but my character still stucked on orsha, and i really want to play with my friend on silute, i requested the server transfer on 26/04/2016, and my character still STUCKED ON ORSHA, someone from the staff give one answer to me and to many ppl like my who are waiting for the same answer, i already lost 8 days of fun with my friend because u guys never answer anything important, i cant even imagine i spend money with that for lose my character and all my early acess time, thank you imc.

Vc seguiu os pré-requisitos para a transferência ? Tipo, tirar todos items do mercado, e sair de qlqr party ou guild para a transferência ?

Hello, I wanted to know why you have not answered my tickets.The server transfer has not been completed, even with my ticket responded transfer, will have to do many days, and they are many days without up. It was for my characters go from Orsha to the new server [SA] Silute.

That IMC team is joking with all player, such disrespect with players who buy the game for fun and get ALOT OF SH***T, now the SA server is fuckng dommed with lag and 400~~600ms, and it already has three days with the server unplayeable and what IMC is doing about it? NOTHING…such a unqualified IMC team, not to mention several people who made the ticket and were not transferred and its IMC fault!! Not the players…such disappointment IMC team. I ask you guys please say something to us about that.

Lol im not alone who didn’t got any help from support?They are just ignoring me already 2 weeks :“D
I canceled my ticked but they are anyway transfered me. Still waiting answer from them but they are just ignoring . Only 1 man that linked rules and said that " we cant help you, take link”. I read all rules but still can’t see point of transfer people with canceled ticket.
So lets create the club :stuck_out_tongue:

You may be being blessed! Can you imagine all the hell breaking loose tomorrow? They already have a lot of mistakes to read, answer and, maybe, solve. Well, imagine this in a lot manor scale.

The SA server is crashed and locked in a great doomed place. No one sees, do or looks like to care about it.

Use your time to play a little. Farm, get some level. Believe me, you could be one of those the are extremely unsatisfied and can’t even connect.

With all the highlights and debuts from the grand opening, I think they you take a lot of time to fix all those minor issues.

PS: I’m a BR player too, but I didn’t ask to transfer. All my comrades decided to stay at the iToS, but I’m quite aware of all the great disappointment that is the SA server. Take your time and patience, it’s all you can do
