So, as we can see from the images, im trying to transfer my another account(which i had to create in another steam acc to buy founder’s pack on it) but IMC keeps ignoring me. Back then, when the transferation proccedure started, i tried to ask for the server transfer (ORSHA to SILUTE) with my 2 accounts, but whenever i tried with the second one, the site kept saying that “i already did the request for the server transfer”. As i knew it was an error from the site, i sent the first ticket reporting that they need to fix this problem because the way it was, i would not be able to ask for the transfer for both accounts. So, what i feared happened: They ignored me and i got no response at all and my alternative account got stuck on orsha forever. It has been WEEKS since my first ticket about it and im sick of waiting. This was a problem from your site and i WILL NOT be harmed because of it. I paid for it and i checked every single requirement for the server transfer to be eligible. I don’t know if this problem started because my both steam accounts share the same facebook account or whatever(so i linked my google plus account with the alternative account), but i want it to be transfered NOW. Enough of waiting! Its not my fault that, in the time we could ask for the transfer, your site simply prevented me from asking for the second account claiming that i “already did the request”. Im tired of waiting.
