Server Transfer but

I just heard about the TP bundles and immediately bought a 500 (SEA) X1. Now here’s the problem: After the Maintenance yesterday, July 31, 2016, I was so excited to use it, but couldn’t find the bundle in my Klaipeda team.

I then checked the other servers. And found it in my teams in Telsiai and Varena servers which are abandoned because of lag due to the amount of players.

Is there a way to transfer to one of the SEA servers, preferably Varena without harming the bundles?

I believe you can do refund as long as you haven’t “USE(d)” the TP

The bundles are region locked… SEA bundle for SEA servers… zzz

Thank you! I have now requested a refund in steam.

I’m aware of it, but I thought that I could buy in any region if you’re playing in an international server.

Edit:
I’m currently playing in Klaipeda, which server bundle should I buy?

NA, since Klai NA Server… Nobody said Klai was international server, physical location of server of Klai is in NA… Tree of Savior is international version of the game, servers are regional…

“i bought a tp-pack for SEA, and then was surprised to find that it was on the SEA servers!”

if i facepalmed hard enough to convey my feelings properly, i would end up taking out half the city block behind me.

i see what you did there. main idea of this post is probably “oh, ill buy a SEA bundles because the price is lower compare from NA”.

Nice try, but no. The reason why I bought SEA because I live in Philippines, and thought that I could buy in any server bundles since I really thought that klaipeda was an international server.

Thank you for replies. Now I know which one I should buy. I just need to wait for 7 days for my refund.

Sadly, You won’t have an account to play on in 7 days

That “Refund” was actually a “Chargeback” which is a violation of TOS Terms and Service. you should have contacted IMC about it instead of going through Steam

I already sent a ticket immediately after I saw the problem, but not a single reply was sent, so I went to steam and asked for a refund instead.

no, actually it isn’t.

when purchasing a TP pack, it informs you that “refunds are allowed within 48 hours as long as the item remains unused in game.”
