Server Transfer and Market Items problem

Hi, IMC Staffs.

I’m currently applying for the server transfer (from Orsha to SA server) because im brazilian. Regarding server transfer condition It required that we need to clear all item on market. But I forgot that there is a delay of 48h before I can retrieve silver which made me not eligible for server transfer. I really need to transfer my team to the [SA] server because of the ping and my friends!

You warned the server transfer data much above, it should have been done in advance, so players had enough time to prepare for the transfer. 7 hours ago you warn that will transfer players, I could not guess, and not remembered the 48 hours to receive the silver in the Market. I ask understanding in solving the problem. I do not care for silver, just want to transfer my team.

What about the storage? Do we have to remove everything from it too?

Same here, If they MAKE you wait 48 hours to get money and be illegible, they NEEDED to make the announcement about the date at least 48 hours, not 1 day as they did! I opened a ticket and they answered as below:

Thank you for contacting us!

Unfortunately, your team is not eligible for team transfer until all items and silvers are retrieved from the market. In addition, team transfer application period for [SA] Silute is now closed and we are no longer accepting request.

We will make an announcement if there will be a possible server transfer in the future. Just keep an eye out for our latest news and update in the official website.

IMC didn’t fail to inform you guys about the conditions to get transferred. You can only blame yourself for posting more stuff in the market.

Firefly, they fail on give us time to get comply with the conditions they informed us since we didn’t new when they were going to do it. They needed to inform us the date so we can get comply with the rules, we didn’t had any notice on when they were going to do it, could be this week as next month.

What I don’t agree is that they gave us only 1 day notice about when they were going to transfer but we needed at least 48 hour to be able to be eligible, in this point they failed badly in my opinion.

I would like to thank the Staff, I had my team moved server, and received the silver that was in the market. Everything worked! Thank you very much! :grinning:
