Server status ping zapper suddenly not working

mind if you share something to us so we can fix the problem in our side? coz I’m using MUDFISH Sunday everything is working alright… comes yesterday monday things go wrong. it doesn’t work so i’m stuck with 200ping.

I have emailed the help center on mudfish and we conclude that things are working fine on their side… it is TOS that has not disclose changes on their side.

we are from SEA server. (I also suspect that it has something to do with why all server are on yellow status for the past 2 days)

right now an update on RTT came in it seems like the best RTT was HK and not singapore anymore… I’m getting 80 average ping. that an additional 30ping from usual 50ping. . . :expressionless:

Are you checking server to server RTT?
Cause if you are, then that totally means something is wrong on IMC’s side

But if you are using the 3rd option which is All-in-One, then that’s kinda doubtful.
