Server random disconnect (unstable server)

Bug Description :
Hi, please fix this connection always see channel crash and this time too
my party was disconnect while run the Earth Tower with freeze connection
anything are freeze only guild chat and party chat can work
cant exit the game with normal button need Ctrl + Alt + Del to close this
last time i am send this into the support ticket but not fix anything

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. i dont know it’s random

That’s exactly what has been happening so far on Fedimian Server too since last week.
I reported the same issue in this thread: Lolopanther/Solmiki Area instances, crashing at random since last maintenance
Still no answer. :cry:
We already had to deal with random disconnections, VGA errors and such, for the past year… now we straight get kicked out of the instance, every one of us (other groups too).

Today disconnect to 3 times -.-
*** i use (instance dungeon multiply token) + (instance dungeon reset voucher in dungeon) in dungeon -.- ***

PLZ Fix Problem !!!

happens to me constantly as of late, i know my Fiber connection is stable with no downtimes or %loss. this might be on your end IMC
