[SEA] Telsiai = Asia Pacific (Singapore)
[EU] Fedimian = Europe (Frankfurt)
[SA] ??? = South America (Brazil)
well, you could test ping here http://www.cloudping.info/ (lower is better)
if you are not from these 3 region (SEA, EU, SA), you better pick Klaipeda or Orsha, they will allow to transfer server once they open a new region server (only for Klaipeda and Orsha).
