Dear,

The server list is empty to me and i have the exclusive access.
i’ve already tried to verify integration, then re downloading the patch update.
i’ve already tried to redownload the game completely
What happening IMC?

Dear,

I have solved it with the Hotspot Shield,

Download the hotspot shield - you can find it on google -
Close your steam
Connect to the hotspot shield then open the steam
Open your game and see if it work.

It work for me and some members of my community

We are in Brazil and maybe IMC is having some issues with Brazilian IPs
