Server keep disconnecting, and closed now

Bug Description :
Me and my friends enter to the dungeon, happily clear some of the areas. But right before the boss, we got disconnected. It happens continuously for our two runs.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Enter into dungeon
  2. Hit some of the monsters
  3. Game got disconnected
  4. Goes to step 1

i know right, this is so s_cks… right before the boss and we saw a “DISCONNECTED FROM THE SERVER” … So freaking hopeless :disappointed_relieved:

but our dungeon counts are limited now =.= when we not even clear it yet :scream:

i can only log into chars that are in citys. the one i was playing before it when down is in royal mus f5 and that char ch’s all read closed??

now we cannot chat in party chat system and also friend list is empty :scream:
