Server Instability Mail MISSING

Hello,

Friday I noticed a second compensatory mail containing a couple exp books as compensation for the server crashing Friday morning. I did not take them, for obvious reasons, and I didn’t expect them to disappear. They are no longer in my mail.

I don’t know if this is a visual error, if you guys decided not to give out that stuff or what - but I want that mail returned to me. I’ve had a hell of a time using this game and the fact that you’re apparently reneging on your compensatory gifts may be a dealbreaker for me.

My mail is also gone, it’s probably a bug.

Not sure if they can give them back

I didn’t notice this until I looked in my mail. Yea its probably a bug. ><

It’s just kinda strange that previous mail is there, but not the most recent one. Anyway, pls halp

So I think I’ve figured it out… AND THE ANSWER IS ■■■■■■■ AWKWARD.

The bottom of the mail has an expiry date, this includes the mail we received earlier this week that has several exp tombs and some extra stuff. The mail we receive with exp tomes to compensate for server instability expire at midnight the day of the instability. We receive less than 24h to claim a character bound item that’s supposed to offset downtime.

Ridiculous.

Yep. Noticed it yesterday that i miss mail containing 2 exp books for server instability (server - Fedimian).
