Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
first I’m hunting some gears on lvl 150 Hunting zone. i got DC’ed. after that i recon, and i enter instance dungeon and again i get DC’ed. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t my internet. because I’m listening to youtube.
my Internet speed is 50mb/s Fiber.
this actually occur yesterday. i thought it was my internet. so played different game (Dota2). and i don’t have any problem occur.
today i played ToS and it happens again.

same here…i keep getting Dced or severe lag before being DCed after the maintenance…I can barely play the game.

same here around 10am server time onwards but 12pm server time game is smooth

im a silute player and have the same problem,randon lags(spike) disconects and game crashes

Update: as of now. 8/30/17 6:15pm PHT. Problem still occur.

The lags and sudden disconnection starts around 6AM EDT. Here in Telsiai Server, me and some of my guildmates experienced them at around 6AM EDT and there are numerous times wherein we have been kicked out of instance dungeons, ET, and Saalus. It’s really annoying.

I know you mentioned getting disconnected at Hunting Grounds but does this usually occur in instance dungeons?
And usually around the same time? Is it happening now?

And what channel were you using?

Dear Converge ICT Customers:
Our International backbone providers are still working on the resolution of the Submarine Cable Cut issue. Multiple fault points have been detected, to wit,
AAG: Approximately 85 kilometers from South Lantau Cable Landing Station based in Hongkong.
ASE: Approximately 63.5 kilometers from their Hongkong Landing Station
TGN-IA: Approximately 54 Kilometers from their Hongkong Landing Station
All of our providers have initiated their repair process. Estimated time of repair will depend on the availability of submarine cable ships, international permits and weather conditions.

Yes, but it happened last monday 8/28/2017 3am EDT and 4am EDT, 2 broken undersea water cables were reported ASE and AAG, respectively.

But in this case, when we used other applications from steam other than Tree of Savior such as DotA 2 and CS:GO, there are no lags and frequent disconnections. So in my guess this is a server side problem of Tree of Savior. And lastly, the issue on lags and disconnections occured only after maintenance 8/29/2017 more likely around 6AM EDT onwards on my speculations as well as from what my guildmates and i have experienced.

actualy is completely random,i got dced in the city fishing 3x,soloing an lv200 dungeon and in the 320 hunting ground too

your undersea cable was broken and it may fix at mid october.

Not only in the Philippines, it might also affect other countries link to this undersea cable but more likely to affect those in SEA destinations. FYI.

i wonder if there’s some technical workaround on this, like to force reroute or something (note that i’m not a computer technical savvy person)

it does occur on instance dungeon.
i actually got dc’ed while doing mercenary mission, and dc’ed twice while doing the event mission, i didn’t even got my event badge. sad tho.

Come on fix this ASAP this is getting stupid. I got high ping in-game even though i have a good internet connection and suddenly channels are crashing. Also, every time i use my skill I’m lagging. WTF! I can’t play properly. This happened after the maintenance when patching is so fking slow it took like 30 minutes to finish it.

Also happening to me. Player on Telsiai and from the Philippines. Not just on instance dungeons. Also on major maps. Been happening for some days now, even when I play on quiet times at night. No disconnectivity on other games I play and on my usual browsing.

update: as for today 9/02/2017.
no more disconnections occur. :laughing::laughing:
