The server capacity has a will of its own too. And it doesnt enjoy IMC’ing! However, it has a way to hand the problem over to the players. Who can the players hand the problem to then?

Where else will they be getting the space for this event’s instances? From existing dungeons of course! 
Still not enough instances? Let’s take channels off some maps, leaving them with only one that repeatedly crashes if there is no player present. Good luck dying and needing to get Aspersion rebuff from town, forced to leave the map that would eventually crash and reset all DPK to zero for those farming mats from mobs w/ 500k+ HP that can kill most players instantly with the slightest lag.
