Seriously Team DEV.... is this stardew valley?

Really? Major issue is not fix within 24 hour

Server down everyday (No improvement)

So lag with BOT spam (No improvement)

Dungeon broken (No improvement)

IMC do not make any announcement for the acknowledgement of issues and progresses (No improvement)

This is not Stardew Valley… we are not making farm. THIS IS NOT OFFLINE GAME

I UNDERSTAND THIS IS EARLY ACCESS (EA), and there is risk to play.

BUT YOU DO NOT GIVE ANY RESPONSE FOR MAJOR ISSUE TO THE COMMUNITY.

IMC GO LEARN SOME SERVICE MIND or GO TO UNIVERSITY TAKE SOME COURSES OF SERVICE DELIVERY AND DESIGN.

Somehow I doubt this statement. This is exactly what we paid for. So that the actual release will not have all these issues. You paid to stress-test and debug. Sux that you and many others expected a fully working release.

Early Access is should be more like the continuous improvement to optimize the server performance… Not just keep fixing the old bug

  1. bot spam is much better now believe it or not.
  2. dungeon is playable, but i do agree it is annoying to dc and queue.
  3. they do make announcement for most of the issues sooner or later.
  4. grinding is part of the game…if that is what you mean by farming.
  5. for the love of god. while i agree some textures need improvement, the style of this game DOES NOT make this game 8 bit. i hope you are just teasing. otherwise ill call you uneducated.

They just do not have some psychological contact to maintain player service mind. where giving the rigid announcement would be the first priority in service mind to show the responsibility of the service. Where, there is none. At least, if they can not fix the problem, perhaps some compensation should be given due to the time lost, and equality leveling opportunities in the game. Where, the higher level in the game do lot more thing (World boss for example and also grinding some expensive item) would that be fair to all players. if the game is just like you said is playable. It should referred to all major function that would work properly. but this is not playable when the server is lag and disconnect.
