What is the purpose of restricting a quest item between accounts of the same Time? doesn’t make sense.

A) That’s technically a regular material item. Just so happens to be used by a quest in your case.
B) I don’t remember a time when actual quest items (under quest tab) were ever tradeable in the first place.
C) Now you know that once a material item has been moved from one account to another (trade or market) it’s no longer re-tradeable (this is to prevent hoarding and price fixing). Most, if not all of us, have made the mistake at least once and learned it the hard way

It’s really annoying. If you want to keep playing the game, just pass all yout crafting items to this char and make the item you want, then pass it to the other char.
