[Serious] Will the trading system ever change?

The trading system is clearly the weakest point of this game, the one that is turning around most players.

If you want to monetize trading: fine. Just make it work better. 60 trades p/token is CLEARLY not enough.

You guys are discouraging the multiplayer side of things with a lot of bugs in the party system, NO TRADING ALLOWED ( it sounds crazy and it is!!) and a very poor economy due to lack of slots. I REALLY think that your income will grow if you change this, even if there is more botting, because now you are basically promoting in-game gold selling.

Please just give and answer, this is a deal-breaker concern of the community.

Um pretty sure it’s 30 trades per token, so clearly you have not even used all the trades up in your own token so you would know that. There is only the 60 day token that gave 60 trades but that was the early access tokens, so you should’ve used it by now, no?

You can still trade without tokens, you know. It just makes the items untradable. But that’s fine as long as you aren’t trading equips or that person doesn’t care about trading that equip later.

You’re just one of those forum trolls that don’t play the game again right?

I play the game and I love it. I love the mechanics, I love the graphics. I played ragnarok for several years so it comes easy. I just wonder why its so hard to change other things instead of THAT if your objective is to stop botting and monetize.

They are choosing the worst way possible.

EDIT: BTW i haven’t bought tokens yet, I started playing recently and this issue has been frustrating, but not too much still. I’m just trying to project this game and my experience into the future, at higher levels trading becomes more and more relevant to you and to the economy of the game.

Fine if you say so. But why do you need more than 30 equipment trades a month? Like I said you can continue to trade after you go over the 30 mark as well.

I think I use like…10 every month. I understand with alchemists they trade more often, but they can still trade over the cap anyways since potions/materials can’t be traded more than once anyways.

If you’ve never even used the system yet, how the heck can you want to change it? Just try it before you complain about it. You are already able to trade now, or have you not tried that as well?

Well if you’re a completely brand new player, they might have restricted that then. I know they restrict the marketplace as well at first, you’d have to look up the time frame since idk because I’ve been playing since cbt. I think it’s …2 weeks? I don’t know off the top of my head.

New players can’t trade or use the market for 10-11 days, yeah.

I started about 5 days ago and I still can’t trade or use the market until the 16th at 9 pm (20:55)
