Evidence: I was thinking you were doing well with bots problems… but I was wrong…
I found at least 12 bots farming in Feretory Hills on EVERY CHANNELS yesterday!
Release date of the game is in 5 days and you STILL have NO PLAN for auto-ban bots/golds sellers?!
You can’t handle a few amounts of bots who PAY for your game and give you funds… I don’t want to see the disaster when they will be able to freely join the game.
… Please, tell us you have some kind of secret weapon around the corner…

Make a screenshot/video, copy their name -> create a support ticket.
Or you really think that GMs are people that constantly patrooling every server on every channel of every map and check every character that farms in a grinding game?
Okay guy, let’s do the police while we are unable to freely enjoy the game we paid for because some bots are ruining quests/grind spots.
I report them. I do all i can to report every ban, gold seller I can find. But doing so wont decrease their numbers, even more once the game will turn free to play.
Reporting bot accounts manualy (ML) is not enough if the bot is not banned ON THE MINUTE, because he will stay here for days… or weeks.
I reported a bunch of bots last weeks on fedimian… go check lasts ban lists, only gold sellers has been ban. Because users have flood report addons.
Meanwhile, farmers bots
are still ruining the game.
Before banning some account it should be checked whether it’s really bot.
This is why it’s not banned on a spot but being double checked by GMs.
Gold Sellers are easy to ban, cause their chat history is a proof.
But how can you prove that this guy is a bot, when he is not leveling right now and logs won’t give you much info(can conclude this)?
It ends up with making a detailed video each time you see bots and reporting them to the support team with same detailed information. Which is “a bit” better than a report button, but will give you so much pain doin so over and over.
If you want bots to get banned whenever you are pressing “report” button most likely same bot users will use this(you found bots on 10 channels, but got 10 reports from them - gg).
welll… most of these bots have been grinding in the same spot for sooo long that they have 300x items / max job lvl that hasnt been upgraded / still has lvl 40 equipments at lvl 160+ / hasnt actually completed any quests / doesnt collect adventure journal rewards / doesnt actually do anything human like…
TLDR - There is a solution…
